- This reciprocal arrangement applies only to adult male and female members, with a current CONGU handicap and will only be available in accordance with their Membership Category. (i.e. 5 Day Members will NOT be permitted to participate in reciprocal golf at weekends.)
- With the exception of Dunstable Downs who levy a £15 green fee and therefore we will charge their members the same rate, no green fees will be involved.

- Arrangements for reciprocal golf cannot be made more than a month in advance.
- Reciprocal golf at Buckingham will be limited to a maximum of two 4-balls or eight players per day from each of the above named Clubs. Other Clubs may impose their own limit.
- Members of Buckingham wishing to make arrangements for reciprocal golf must telephone the Club they wish to visit and ascertain availability before requesting a letter of introduction from the Office. The exception to this is Chipping Norton, who require the office to book with them.
- Visitors to Buckingham must bring a letter of introduction from their home Club and members of Buckingham must take a letter of introduction when visiting other Clubs to play reciprocal golf. The letter of introduction must state the names and handicaps of all players involved.
- Visitors to Buckingham will NOT be afforded courtesy unless they have pre-booked and bring a letter of introduction from their home Club.
- Visitors to Buckingham will be honorary members of the Club for the day and will be welcome to use the bar and catering facilities.
- The Rules of the host Club, including the Dress Code, MUST be strictly adhered to by all visitors.
- Reciprocal golf will not be permitted as part of a golf society or corporate golf day.
