The following are not permitted in the Clubhouse, on the Golf Course or on the Practice Area or Putting Green
- Football or rugby shirts
- T shirts or vests
- For gentlemen, sleeveless shirts
- Track suits, shell suits, jogging suits or leggings
- Trainers or plimsolls
- Frayed or brief shorts (shorts should be no more than 4" above the knee)
- Any clothing made from denim
- Industrial work wear
- Cut off trousers for gentlemen, jeans or combat trousers
- Trousers tucked into socks
- Hats, caps and visors must be removed in the Clubhouse
The following regulations also apply to the Golf Course, the Practice Area and Putting Green
- Recognised golf clothing and footwear must be worn
- Gentlemen may wear tailored shorts, with either knee length or predominately white short socks
- Gentlemen's shirts must be tucked in at the waist
- Hats, caps and visors must be worn in a conventional manner
The following regulations also apply in the Clubhouse
- Gentlemen must wear shoes and socks at all times
- Golf shoes are not permitted in any area on the first floor of the Clubhouse
- The wearing of wet or soiled clothing is not permitted in the lounge or restaurant area of the Clubhouse
- The wearing of shorts is not permitted in the lounge or restaurant area of the Clubhouse after 8.00 pm
- Clean, dry clothing is expected in all areas on the first floor of the Clubhouse at all times.
- Dress standards for designated special occasions will be notified.
All members are asked to support the staff, who are authorised to deal with any apparent breach of the Dress Regulations.
The Club Professional will appropriately advise golfers before they begin play.
